Case Packer Machine for Vitamin and Supplement Bottles
The TT-1200T is an intermittent motion top load case packer that can reach speeds up to 8 cases per minute. Designed and built for case packing of bottles into RSC case, it is perfect for the casing of wide mouth round bottles containing supplement pills or capsules, powder, or liquid. This case packer features a quick changeover, and it can pack a 4×3 pattern for 11 different sized bottles. TT-1200T can also handle various bottle types including oblong bottles, modern round bottles, boston round bottles, flat oval bottles, pharma cylinders, indented label bottles, recessed panel bottles, etc.

TT-1200T Bottle Top-Load Case Packer
The TT-1200T Case Packer Machine supports multiple bottle shapes and sizes and features quick and easy servo-assisted change-over. Low case magazine heights allow for easy and fast loading. Collation system accumulates the bottles on infeed conveyor and the product infeed pusher pushes a row of 4 bottles forward into the pick area. This process repeats until a 4×3 grid of product is formed. Bottles loaded into a corrugated box with the help of the pick and place gantry. The box is sealed with a tape closing system and labels are printed and applied to the case. Changeover functions are performed by push button servo motors. This piece of case packing equipment features stainless steel construction and simple open design which allow for easy maintenance.
